These documents may be used where a beneficiary who is at least 12 years old but under 18 years old wishes to choose a person to act on their behalf in relation to the administration of a deceased estate.

Probate Office – Affidavit Verifying the Deceased's Signature on the Will

This affidavit template may be used where information is needed to confirm that the signature on a will is the deceased's signature. It is completed by a person who is familiar with the deceased's handwriting or signature.
