Probate Office – Consent for letters of administration durante dementia

This form is to be used in an application for letters of administration durante dementia by a person who would be entitled to share in an incapable person’s estate were they to die without a will who has not made the application.

Probate Office – Consent for a person with a lesser beneficial interest to make an application for letters of administration

This form is to be used by a person who has a greater beneficial interest in an estate to consent to an application for letters of administration being made by a person with a lesser beneficial interest.

This affidavit is to be filed in support of an application for letters of administration where further information has been requested by the Registrar of Probates.
