This form is to be used where a party to an existing proceeding who is not legally represented appoints a solicitor to represent them.
This form must include the name of the law firm now acting for that party, the address for service of that party and the email address for service of that party.
If the proceeding is not a contested matter, use the form “Notice of appointment of solicitor – Probate Office” below.
If the proceeding is a contested matter, use the form “Notice of appointment of solicitor – contested” below.
