You will need to provide further information detailing why the plaintiff has standing to apply for administration, the details of the original grant, who obtained the grant and why they are no longer administering the estate.  If the plaintiff applies as a beneficiary of the estate, the relationship of the plaintiff to the deceased must be included.  

Example: Letters of administration for this estate were granted to Jesse Citizen on 1 January 2020.  Jesse Citizen died on 1 January 2022 without completing the administration of the estate.  The plaintiff is a child of the deceased and applies for administration in their capacity as a beneficiary of the estate.
