Scotsburn bushfire class action information.
On 24 April 2020, Judicial Registrar Clayton made orders for the approval of a Notice of Proposed Settlement to be group members and other steps relating to the application for settlement approval. The orders provide that any group members who wish to partake in the proposed settlement, or wish to object to the settlement, must take certain steps by 20 May 2020.
Group members should read the notice carefully as the matters set out in the notice may affect their legal rights.
