Court sitting dates

This page provides the dates for all court sittings for 2024. The Court sits throughout the year, but with minimal listings over the Christmas and New Year period.

Melbourne

The Court will sit in Melbourne between 8 January and 20 December 2024. Sitting dates are subject to change. 

Court listings for individual matters are advised to the parties.

Regional circuit court

The Court travels to regional areas throughout the year to hear matters across the state.
