The Court welcomes newly appointed judges to the Court of Appeal and Trial Division.
The Governor in Council today announced a number of judicial appointments to the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Justice Michael Leon Sifris, a judge in the Trial Division of the Supreme Court since 2010, has been appointed to the Court of Appeal.
Mr Christopher James Delany QC has been appointed to the Trial Division and replaces Justice Kevin Harcourt Bell, who retired earlier this year.
Mr Delany and Justice Sifris commenced their terms from today.
Ms Kathryn Lucy Stynes has been appointed to the Trial Division. Ms Stynes will join her colleagues on the Bench when she commences on the 22 June 2020.
The Court congratulates and welcomes the newly appointed judges.
