On 11 October 2021, the Honourable Justice John Dixon handed down judgment in the remitter of the Banksia Securities Limited group proceeding.
Justice Dixon ordered that Mr Anthony Zita show cause as to whether he is fit and proper to remain on the roll of persons admitted to the legal profession.
The show cause trial for Anthony Zita (A Solicitor) was held on 9, 10 and 11 May 2022.
