Electronic filing for the Taxation list, Arbitration list and Admiralty list in the Commercial Court will be enabled from Tuesday, 2 January 2018.

As part of the Supreme Court of Victoria’s move to a paperless future, electronic filing for the Taxation list, Arbitration list and Admiralty list in the Commercial Court will be enabled from Tuesday, 2 January 2018.

From this date, all new proceedings for these lists are to be commenced using the Court’s RedCrest electronic filing system.  Proceedings initiated prior to 2 January 2018 will continue as hard copy files.

To support electronic filing in these lists, the following Rules and Practice Notes have been updated:
