The Supreme Court sets final date for group members to submit opt-out notices.
On 14 September 2018 Justice John Dixon made orders in relation to the Murillo v SKM Services Pty Ltd class action which involves a fire at the Coolaroo recycling plant.
These orders fix 31 October 2018 as the final date by which group members may choose to opt out of the proceeding.
