From 4pm on Friday 29 March 2019, access to CITEC, the platform previously used for electronically filing documents in Common Law, Costs Court and some Commercial Court matters will no longer be available.
RedCrest has been used for the electronic filing of documents in Common Law, Costs Court and some Commercial Court matters since July 2018; CITEC was available only to access previously filed documents.
Prior to Friday 29 March 2019, we recommend all Court users ensure they have retained copies of documents filed in CITEC for their own ongoing reference. After this date, copies of documents previously filed in CITEC can be obtained by contacting the relevant Registry to search the Court file.
