The Court’s five registries will combine from 3 February.

The new Supreme Court Registry will launch on 3 February

The new registry structure combines the Court’s five separate divisional registries – Principal Registry, Court of Appeal Registry, Criminal Registry, Common Law Team, and Commercial Court Registry – into one central registry.

The Supreme Court Registry will have two arms – Civil and Appeals & Crime.

The Civil arm will support the Common Law Division, Commercial Court, Costs Court, and incorporate the Office of the Prothonotary.
