As part of the Court’s commitment to continuous improvement, we are streamlining the probate systems used for advertisements and applications.
From 11 November 2024, advertising will be integrated into RedCrest-Probate. This means:
- users will only need to use the one system to search, advertise and apply for grants of representation, eliminating double data entry
- advertisements will be generated based on the information provided.
