Supreme Court welcomes Justice Richards to the Bench.
Chief Justice Ferguson welcomes Melinda Jane Richards SC as a judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria in the Common Law division and congratulates Justice Quigley on Her Honour's appointment as President of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
