Testator Family Maintenance Template Pre Trial Directions (PTD) Referral Order
All parties should use these draft proforma orders when seeking referral of a Testators Family Maintenance List proceeding to pre trial directions and fixing for trial. A proceeding can be referred if the mediation has concluded and the proceeding remains unresolved, and there are no interlocutory issues that require finalisation.
It is expected that the parties will submit proposed consent orders, in Word and signed PDF versions, to the Testators Family Maintenance Coordinator at gsz@fhcpbheg.ivp.tbi.nhua.vog.civ.truocpus@mft prior to the directions hearing so that orders are made on the papers.
These draft proforma orders follow the second revision of Practice Note SC CL7 which commenced on 25 March 2022.
