Testator Family Maintenance First Directions Orders
All parties should use these draft proforma orders when seeking first directions in proceedings filed in the Testators Family Maintenance List. These draft proforma orders should be modified and adapted as required, to deal with the circumstances of each proceeding. In preparing draft orders, the parties must have reference to matters in paragraph 7.7 of the Practice Note SC CL 7 (second revision) which commenced on 25 March 2022.
Where parties agree consent orders, those orders should be submitted, in Word and signed PDF versions, to the Testators Family Maintenance Coordinator at gsz@fhcpbheg.ivp.tbi.nhua.vog.civ.truocpus@mft prior to the listed first directions hearing.
