This form is to be used in all lists in the Trial Division excluding the lists listed in order 48.1(2) of the the Supreme Court (General Civil Procedure) Rules 2015 and proceedings which are directed to file a form 48B.
A form 48B is to be used in the Dust Diseases List, Judicial Review and Appeals List or any other proceeding where the order specified that the Notice of Trial shall be in form 48B.
