The Court's eFiling systems RedCrest and RedCrest-Probate will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from 1am to 9am on Sunday 29 September. RedCrest and RedCrest-Probate will be unavailable during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

After a bail application and supporting affidavit have been filed, the Criminal Registry will contact the applicant and ask them to complete and return the Supreme Court bail application checklist.

The checklist outlines the kinds of information and material expected to be included in support of Supreme Court bail applications.

The court notes it is the responsibility of the applicant’s solicitor to gather relevant material to file in support of any application for bail they intend to make.
