After a bail application and supporting affidavit have been filed, the Criminal Registry will contact the applicant and ask them to complete and return the Supreme Court bail application checklist.

The checklist outlines the kinds of information and material expected to be included in support of Supreme Court bail applications.

The court notes it is the responsibility of the applicant’s solicitor to gather relevant material to file in support of any application for bail they intend to make.

Note: it is not necessary to add to, remove from, or make comments on the checklist items. Please review the checklist and complete the acknowledgement at the end before filing on RedCrest.
