SC CL 1 Civil Circuit List (Second revision)

The purpose of this Practice Note is to describe the procedures to be followed in the Civil Circuit List.  The List is a case management list within the Common Law Division of the Court. This version (the Second revision) replaces the previous version (the First revision). It commences on 1 October 2018 and applies to all proceedings in the List whenever commenced.
