This Practice Note sets out the practice followed in Court of Appeal civil applications (including for leave to appeal) and appeals.
This Practice Note was reissued on 30 September 2019, replaces the earlier version issued on 30 January 2017, and applies to all civil applications and appeals in the Court of Appeal, whenever commenced.
