Objection to proposed settlement

If you want to object to the proposed settlement you must submit a notice of objection by 4pm (AEDT) on 10 February 2025.
After submitting an objection notice you must attend the settlement approval hearing on 11 March 2025. If you cannot attend, your legal representative can instead. You or your legal representative must attend unless the Court orders otherwise.
The hearing will be held on 11 March 2025 at 10:00am (AEDT) in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
If you are content with the proposed settlement, and do not want to object to it, you do not need to submit a notice.
