Form 64G is for use in civil proceedings in the Court of Appeal
A respondent who does not seek to have the decision that is the subject of the application for leave to appeal or appeal set aside or varied, but proposes to contend that it should be affirmed on a ground of fact or law which:
- was not decided, or
- was erroneously decided, or
- was not raised for decision,
must file a notice of contention in accordance with Form 64G, together with other required documents.
Other documents required to be filed at the same time as the Form 64G are:
- Written case of no more than 5 pages
- List of authorities with pinpoint references
