Employment and Industrial List pre-trial directions and checklist

The post-mediation pre-trial template orders (below) are usually made at the post-mediation directions hearing in the Employment and Industrial List.

The template should be adapted as appropriate.

The pre-trial checklist should be completed with the involvement of Counsel instructed for the trial.
