From 11 November 2024, Court users will use RedCrest-Probate to advertise and search for advertisements.
RedCrest-Probate information sessions
The Court is running information sessions in October which will cover:
- Changes to the Rules.
- How to advertise and search for advertisements on RedCrest-Probate.
- How to re-advertise.
- How to finalise an application after advertising.
An overview of the changes to RedCrest-Probate will be provided at the sessions. The Registrar of Probates will be in attendance to answer any questions you may have.
Book your place at a RedCrest-Probate information session
In person: Thursday 24 October 2024 at 12.30pm
Online: Wednesday 30 October 2024 at 12.30pm
If you cannot make it to one of the sessions, a recording of the online session will be made available to view on the Supreme Court website in early November.
Prepare for outage period
RedCrest-Probate will be offline from 5.00pm on Thursday 7 November 2024 to 8.00am on Monday 11 November 2024 while the updates to RedCrest-Probate are made.
The Probate Online Advertising System (POAS) will be taken offline at 5:00pm on Thursday 7 November 2024. It will no longer be available after this date.
Any advertisement that were previously available on POAS will be searchable on RedCrest-Probate and will remain valid for 3 years from the date of the advertisement.
